I am a resident of New Mexico and as of today, my car is *finally* registered in the state of New Mexico! It only took me three painful months of dealing with the D.C. Department of Motor Vehicle, including multiple phone calls all with different people, each of whom told me a different method for how to do what I needed to do every time, but I finally did it! I'm so happy, I don't even care that I just used the word "it" to end that sentence! Hooraaaay!!!
