Airplane! Airplane!

Ethan loves airplanes. Whenever he hears one fly over the house he points up at the ceiling and says, "Airplane! Airplane!" He hasn't quite figured out the difference between a helicopter and an airplane (and "tilt rotor" is no where near his radar), to Ethan anything flying in the sky is an airplane. Heck, sometimes a big truck or loud motorcycle driving by the house is an airplane to him.

So two weekends ago, Matt came up with the great idea to take Ethan to the airport to watch planes take off. Man-oh-man was Ethan in heaven. We somehow perfectly timed it, too, because we saw about four planes take off and a handful of planes land as well. By the end Ethan was just saying, "More? More? More?" over and over again because he wanted to see more airplanes land and take-off. It was pretty stinkin' adorable.
